C'è la vi club and restaurant was born as a result of inspiration of the executive chief Jason Au, who, after several years spent in New York, came up to the idea to bring a fashionable flair to C'è la vi and a freshness to his plating style teamed with meticulous Asian flavors. He created new launch and dinner menu, so, those who would like to take something new and fresh, will find a lot of new tastes in this restaurant. The menu is consisted by a vibrant seafood and meat dishes, as well as creatively constructed desserts. The chief go himself visiting the local markets in order to use and cook only fresh and season dishes, avoiding big supermarkets and industrial food, and inventing always new decorations for his plates. Spicy Tuna, Sashimi Tartare, Hokkaido Scallop, Line Caught Snapper, Coconut & Cinnamon Tart, are some the favorite plates that the guests ask for. Fresh cuts of tuna belly and other delicacies such as Alaskan king crab and prime short rib served with teriyaki veal jus, then mango pudding, with shiso flowers and Iron Chef-winning strawberry consommé with udon noodles – will take you to heaven of flavors and pleasure. The menu consists 20 pages, so it is clear how rich it is. The restaurant is also Vegetarian friendly, offering also Gluten Free Options.

Because of his honesty and willingness to serve only fresh and domestic food to his guests, Jason Au became famous and often mentioned in various reviews and newspapers articles:

"The first dish to appear was a stunningly presented Toro Tartare, served with thick slices of crispy brioche and dollops of yuzu truffle vinaigrette. The fish itself was wonderfully fresh and light, allowing room for the rich sauce to take charge. A few bites of this and we knew we were already off to a good start." - Sassy Hong Kong

"Sea bream ceviche with young coconut and pomegranate amazu (a light dressing usually used on cucumber salads that is sweet and salty) is amazing, as is a successfully chunky Blue Fin tuna tataki with caramelized shallots, wakame, maitake mushrooms and tosazu." - Foodie

"Order from creative indulgences such as the Foie Gras French Toast, and don’t leave without trying one of the desserts. Try the Chocolate Bar, a passion fruit, caramel and banana dessert covered in dark chocolate, embellished with pop rocks." - HK Magazine
