The club was refurbished in 2016, and its internal is very elegant, a combination of black and golden colors, that make this elegance more visible. When you are tired of dancing, you can take rest on some of royal red elegant sofas around the club. Black, golden and red are the most represented colors in this club, accentuating its elegance.
Play is open 6 days in week. Its music style depends on evening. On weekends HIP-HOP and R’n’B dominate, with plenty of vocal classics from the 90s and early 2000s. Also weeknights are focused on Hip Hop, R'n'B and Old School tunes, with big bass drops that gets hands in the air. On the top of this, there are regular international DJs visiting Play on a monthly basis, such as Ciara, Skrillex, Sander Kleinenberg and Afrojack, then local DJs, such as Johnnie Darka, who is an expert at mixing various musical styles together, in order to create his own masterpieces, combining elements of Electro and House, then, DJ Patrick Rizzari, a multiple winner awards, who has traveled a lot, performing at the most exclusive events around Asia, then, Deejay Ross (France), who made his own style, mixed different elements of HIP HOP and Electro music, but colored by his personal sound. Female Brazilian, DJ Gaby Endo, will be a real refresh, bringing her Brazilian & Japponese heritage, therefore a mixed music stile, consisted by techno, deep house blend and also latino elements. Sander Kleinenberg has produced winning award remixes for Justin Timberlake, Daft Punk, Madonna and Jennet Jackson, so it is a very impressive name comes to play in Play Club. Various parties, such as very popular winter parties: LET’S SURPRISE HIM BACHELOR PARTY, than WINTER WONDERLAND, WHITE NYE COUNTDOWN PARTY, then DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE (Halloween party), GRANDMASTER FLASH party, leaded by legendary DJ Grandmaster Flash, then, JAZZY JEFF, legendary DJ, best known for his early acting career with Will Smith in the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Jazzy Jeff has spent the past two decades producing classic Hip Hop tracks that continue to ignite dance floors to this day, credited as the inventor of the ante-upping “transformer” scratching technique and is one of the most respected producers who inspires many Hip Hop DJs/producers with his signature. Live music nights are covered by bands, such as IDA NIELSEN & BAND. Ida Nielsen has toured the world with Prince as a bassist and vocalist, so it is a real pleasure to listen this great female musician. The MAMBO BROTHERS, Christian and Alan Anadon, were raised on the party isle of Ibiza, surrounded by the world’s most renowned DJs. Having grown up at their family run club – Cafe Mambo – it was inevitable that the duo would naturally take to the DJ decks. With their upbringing, they have gained knowledge of electronic music from all house genres. Their music has strongly been influenced by DJs such as Roger Sanchez. Catch them at Play Club would be nice indeed! The HOUSE OF PLAY, with international DJs, such as famous Dee Montero, the Ibiza’s resident DJ, is one of the most visited parties. Various pre-lunch parties, such as PANDEMONIUM, GO WILD LAUNCH, HOUSE OF PLAY PRE-LAUNCH, and others, are a very interesting way to spend your pre-launch weekend free time. A huge dance floor dominates the central space, due to the large size of the Club, you can mix and mingle easily.
