Montezuma Club is an amazing lounge and nightclub in South Kensington Town, London. Based on its location, it is very close to the 24/7 underground station, allowing you to get to it easily. Montezuma London is a veritable celebrity hub, and you could consider it one of the best celebrity nightclubs in London.
Launched in 2015, it won Best Boutique Club as soon as 2016 in the London
Club Bar Awards and were Club of the Month in May 2016 in British Gentlemen’s Quarterly. If that isn't starting with a bang, I don't know what is!
The idea of Club Montezuma is simple; they want to inject a London club scene with a little bit of luxury and glamour similar to that of an ultimate VIP cocktail bar or club. Of course, heavy emphasis has been given to R&B, hip-hop, best international DJs and dances with performances. With one of the largest dances floor at this South Kensington top high-end party venue, you have no excuse not to get a bit crazy on a Friday or Saturday night.
The waiters are some of the most stunning in all of London and are dressed in Aztec and other American-Indian outfits, to enhance the tribal feel of the place. The décor itself is so lavishly golden you will wonder if it has been lifted from some ancient temple. If you want to be treated like a God, this is where you have to be.
A small, exclusive club, Montezuma only has capacity for 175 guests. This level of intimacy and exclusivity of course demands the strictest of standards. You really need to be on the guest list to get in here, and you cannot expect the same VIP treatment otherwise. The dress code is also incredibly strict. If you are not sleek, classy, well groomed, and sexy, you will not be let in. Understand that
because these standards apply to everyone, you will be in the best company once you are inside. Once you are in you enter a world where you are the star and your every need will be catered to in minute detail.

What is recommended:
The recommended look is the best one not just to get you in, but to make you feel at home.
Most of the guests at Montezuma will be wearing a dressed up version of urban looks. This means the dress code is a bit more relaxed than in most places, but this doesn't mean you can show up in just anything. Basically, you have to think of a classier version of streetwear.
For men, this generally means button down shirts or polos, but with jeans instead of smart trousers. Khakis are also pretty popular. Long hair can be up or down. Most men do not wear ties, but you won't look out of place in one. Subtle men's jewellery is pretty common too.
For women, this generally means a top and trouser combination, a sexy cocktail dress, or a top and a miniskirt. Aim for something trendy and sexy, like a crop top and jeans, or a nice blouse with wet look leggings. Most women here wear heels, but things like wedges on unconventionally heeled shoes (think high heeled converses or ugg type boots with heels) are popular too.
What is allowed:

What is a grey area:
The grey area are clothes that might be allowed some days/events and not others, or that are at the discretion of door staff. In short, if you happen to be in the area, wearing these clothes and want to check the club out, then maybe see if you can. You might get lucky. But if you are actually planning a night here? Avoid these and go for something closer to the dress code.
Men's jewellery is a grey area. Generally it is allowed, but if it is too ostentatious, too bright, too big, or there is just too much of it, you might have to take it off, or even be turned away.
Leather jackets are a grey area. A high-quality, good cut of a leather jacket in good condition will probably be let in. But if you aren't sure, play it safe and choose something else.
Sportswear is a grey area. Although Montezuma, like most clubs, does not allow sport shoes, they are more relaxed about fashionable, statement style sportswear. If you aren't sure if your sportswear is active sportswear or a fashion statement, choose something else to wear.
T-shirts are a grey area. In theory they are a cornerstone or urban looks, but in reality many of them do not have the sharp look which Montezuma demands. Make sure any t-shirts you want to wear are fashionable, fitted, and in great condition.
What is forbidden:
These clothes will get you turned away at the door, even if you are on the guest list, have a table with bottle service reserved, and it's your birthday. Sorry.
The Montezuma does not have a lot of things that are banned outright, but there are a couple. Besides the following, try and make sure to dress for the occasion. What is appropriate clothes for a hip hop themed night might not be right for a NYE ball.
No distressed look clothing. Anything torn, stained, painted, worn, faded, etc, is out. It might be a key part of urban fashion, but we are trying to dress in a classy urban way, not everyday streetwear.
No oversized coats. Some oversized coats, like puffer jackets, are sometimes worn as part of a modern urban look. But they are not allowed in Montezuma, so make sure to check them in at the cloakroom.
