Archpoint team (Valery Lizunov, Ekaterina Ageeva and Sona Gamzyan) conceived The Toy restaurant as a center of gravity for the secular public, and this is read in everything: high ceilings, stucco columns, oak parquet, two bars. It seems that the large white building on the famous Trekhgorka with large windows and a Doberman on the roof lacks only the red carpet!

In the lobby of the guests, the first thing they encounter is a voluminous installation of metal tubes that resembles an organ. The idea was proposed by Angela Moiseeva, and the drawing was created by Valery Lizunov. Vertical lines directed upwards emphasize the height of the ceiling, which is no less than seven and a half meters. Organ is one of the main “wow effects” of a restaurant. Inside the tubes there are lamps that create a beautiful golden glow in the evenings.

This unusual installation separates the foyer from the main hall, into which two wooden semicircular front staircases decorated with bouquets of flowers lead. The room is almost perfectly symmetrical. The centre line runs along the backs of the sofas from the top of the pyramid in the shape of which the bar is made, to the DJ console at the far end of the main hall. On the walls at the entrance and in the hall itself are the works of the artist Alexander Tito.

CUISINE
The concept of THE TOY menu is based on hearty and sophisticated dishes with Mediterranean and Asian accents, as well as an abundance of fresh seafood.

One of the central places in the restaurant space is occupied by the Raw bar open showcase with sea urchins, oysters, lobsters, scallops and other inhabitants of the depths.

In the kitchen, chef Stanislav Balaev creates and experiments. He manages to create original combinations and textures of products, personally control the quality of each dish.

The first acquaintance with the menu, the chef recommends starting with tuna ceviche blufin with yuzu or mussels with three types of sauce to choose from: in white wine, in Neapolitan sauce or in cream with gorgonzola.

For a more serious meeting, you should choose a linguine with botarga, truffle sauce and parmesan, a stewed kid with vegetables or a grilled seafood plateau


The dress code is extremely strict, men have to wear a formal suit, shirt and polished shoes and ladies can wear anything that's formal so a pair of pants, jumpsuit, suit, boots, low platform shoes but it has to have a luxurious formal style, wearing a short or long dress with high heels will definitely get you in.
