General Information: - Base port: Marina Ibiza - Check-in: From 10,30 onwards with flexible departure time – 8 hours charter - Max. 30’ minutes client’s delays tolerance at check-in. - No night navigation allowed. - Extended time (any hour exceeding the standard duration): 200,00€ (+ VAT) Crew: Captain + hostess/sailor Fuel consumption: 200 liters/hour
Fuel costs are charged in advance according to the following main routes (subject to change depending on fuel cost per liter the day of charter):
Ibz - Illetes = 1 hour = 360€ Ibz - Saona = 1 and a half hours = 540€ Ibz - Jondal = 1 hour = 360€ Ibz - Es Vedra = 1 and a half hours = 540€
Reservations: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. To confirm a reservation a 50% down payment has to be received by the Central agency. Prior to departure the 100% + fuel consumption and any extra has to be paid by the client. No reservation will be confirmed or charter operated without payments received in due terms. When confirming a booking, please provide name, surname and ID card of the main client to the administration department of central agency (Zuleika De Castro) for invoice and contract. Options have to be formally requested and will be agreed for a duration variable (24h to 1h) and depending on advance time to requested charter date.
Cancellation policy By the client In the event of having to cancel the charter, the following refunds of the charter price will be applied:
FULL REFUND: All bookings cancelled at latest two weeks prior to departure. 50% REFUND: All bookings cancelled between 14 and 7 days prior to departure.
NO REFUND: All bookings cancelled with less than 7 days to departure or in case of no-show. In the event that the client's broker or central agency succeeds in rebooking the vessel, the client may be refunded the amount paid (50%) minus bank charges, any discounts applied and any other price difference.
